This photo was taken in a well lit room but with a flash. The effect the reflective material has with flash photography is very interesting when adding it to a costume.

This is what the shoulder pieces look like in the current lighting.  The reflective fabric could provide interesting illusions could be interesting to play with projection design and this type of material.
